Professional Fees

On Site Leisure Facility Monitoring

Fees are from £399 per centre per visit. This charge incorporates the following:

Agreement of monitoring criteria and output weightings with relevant officer from client

1 visit to undertake monitoring review of leisure facility.
Production of excel based report with narrative to support outputs within 5 days from the date of the monitoring visit.
Production of Word based report to support observations made during the visit.
Production of labelled photographs to support observations made during the visit.

* Scoping visits to determine the physical composition of the centre and the compilation of the

monitoring system are chargeable @ £399 per centre.

Bespoke Leisure Facility Monitoring Software Programs

Fees for the production of the copyrighted program(s) are dependent on the number of centres and their location and will be discussed with individual clients. The service incorporates the following:

Initial scoping visit to the centre to determine physical composition and layout of centre
Agreement of monitoring criteria and output weightings with relevant officer from Client
Production of excel based monitoring program
On going programme support with the ability to modify the programme(s) in the event that the facility's physical composition changes
